The Flux JUNIORFLUX F314 Series Barrel Pump is designed for the cost-effective transfer of small quantities of fluids from a drum or IBC. Suitable for various applications, this chemical barrel pump should be selected for particle-free liquids that do not crystallise such as acids, chemicals and light oils up to 250 CP. The F314 Flux barrel pump comes seal-less, meaning that fluids can be pumped that would otherwise damage a mechanical seal and result in leaking or wear. As a Flux pumps supplier, we recommend this electric drum pump be used only to transfer one liquid. In case you need an electric barrel pump for multiple liquids, you might need to consider the JUNIORFLUX F310 model with a mechanical seal.
The JUNIORFLUX electric drum pump for chemicals has a smaller tube diameter enabling it to access narrow-necked drums, meaning it is a perfect pumping solution for barrels and IBCs with narrow openings. Thanks to its lightweight construction, this chemical pump can be operated with one hand and removed from a drum with minimal force.
The F314 Flux drum pump is supplied with the FEM 3070 motor as standard, which has an IP24 protection class, 2 step speed adjustment, 55m cable with 2 pole connector. Available in both 110v and 230v 50/60Hz for long operation hours, the F314 electric drum pump for chemicals has a high operational safety due to the overload cut-out switch.

FAQs
Put most simply, a barrel pump, is a pump connected to an immersion tube that sits within the drum with its motor located outside of the container. The pump draws up the fluid through its immersion tube and is then dispensed via a hose or pipe that is connected to its outlet.
