FLEXODAMP FD Flexible Pulsation Dampener

The FLEXODAMP FD Pulsation Dampener is a flexible pulsation dampener designed to be installed on the discharge side of the pump to minimise pulsations, absorb vibrations between pump and rigid pipework and reduce water hammer. Not only does this provide a smoother, more gentle flow, which is particularly desirable in metering applications, but puts less strain on the pump and other pipework which protects the system and increases lifespan.

A distinct advantage of the FLEXODAMP pulsation dampener over others is it’s inline assembly, which means it takes up no additional space in the installation. It is available in various connections and materials including Natural Rubber, EPDM, NBR, Silicone and food grade materials making it ideal for many applications.

Whilst suitable for use with various types of positive displacement pump, this is the model of pulsation dampener that we specify with our peristaltic pump range.
