Debem Aisiboxer 03 AODD Pump

The Debem Aisiboxer 03 Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is an Italian manufactured, FDA approved AODD pump. Thanks to its various hygienic design benefits, this air operated double diaphragm pump is designed for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries where a food grade pump is required to prevent contamination of the pumped fluid.

The Aisiboxer AODD pump is made from mechanically polished stainless steel (AISI 316) to a roughness of < 0.8μm and benefits from a 360⁰ rotating quick emptying system to aid Clean in Place as a hygienic pump. If you are looking for a 3A approved solution, we offer the Debem Saniboxer which has the additional benefit of a diaphragm rupture sensor to turn off the pump in such an event to prevent contamination of the product.
