The Azcue LKB Vertical Helical Gear Pump is a higher flow, high pressure alternative to the LHB model. Designed for the transfer of lubricating fluids with varying viscosities up to 1500cSt, the LKB is therefore designed for handling larger volumes of fuels and oils.
The self-priming and high pressure nature of the gear pump design makes it ideal for applications with difficult suction conditions, for example where the fluid needs to be pumped over a long distance or when the pump is situated above the fluid.
Being long coupled, these LKB helical gear pumps are easier to maintain as you can get to the pump head without removing the motor first, and are also more durable for continuous use as it has additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation.
