Azcue BT-LH-MG Long Coupled Triple Screw Pump

The Azcue BT-LH-MG Long Coupled Triple Screw Pump is the BT-LH supplied with a magnetic coupling, which prevents the wear and leaking caused when a mechanical seal is used, therefore enhancing service life for more critical applications. The BT-LH is a large, heavy duty screw pump characterised by its significantly higher flow capabilities than the other screw pumps in the Azcue range, other than its vertical equivalent the BT-LV.

As a positive displacement pump, screw pumps are able to handle lubricating fluids under fluctuating flow rates, pressures and viscosities without losing efficiency. The nature of the screw pump design means it can be used where suction capabilities are difficult such as pumping over long distances or where the pump is located above the fluid This, combined with its high flow makes the BT-LH magnetic drive pump suitable for the transfer of large volumes of fuels and lubrication oils such as bulk storage tank transfer and cargo unloading.

Being long coupled, these self priming screw pumps are easier to maintain as you can get to the pump head without removing the motor first, and are also more durable for continuous use as it has additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation. This self priming triple screw pump is horizontal in design with inline suction and discharge, supplied flanged as standard.
