Azcue BT-HH ATEX Long Coupled Triple Screw Pump

The Azcue BT-HH ATEX Long Coupled Triple Screw Pump is a large, heavy duty model characterised by its significantly higher pressure capabilities than the other screw pumps in the Azcue range. As a positive displacement pump, screw pumps are able to handle lubricating fluids under fluctuating flow rates, pressures and viscosities without losing efficiency. This, combined with its high suction makes the BT-HH suitable for applications where suction is difficult or high pressure is required, and hazardous applications thanks to its ATEX motor.

Their long coupled design makes these self priming screw pumps easier to maintain as you can access the pump head without removing the motor first. They are also more robust for continuous use as it has additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation. The nature of the screw pump design means it can be used where suction capabilities are difficult such as pumping over long distances or where the pump is located above the fluid

This self priming triple screw pump is horizontal in design with top mounted suction and discharge. These Azcue pumps can be supplied upon request with a magnetic coupling, which eliminates the wear and eventual leaking that mechanical seals can incur.
