Being long coupled, our screw pumps are easier to maintain and are also more durable for continuous use as they have additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation.

Triple screw pumps consist of a driving screw and two idler screws. The motor shaft rotates the driving screw which in turns rotates the intermeshing twin idler screws that the fluid passes along.

Yes! All Azcue triple screw pumps are marine type approved by classification societies including Lloyds, Bureau Veritas and ABS. They are also suitable for low sulphur fuel down to 0.1% in line with the 2020 Global Sulphur Cap.
Our Azcue screw pumps are available with optional magnetic coupling. The absence of a mechanical seal to couple the pump and motor eliminates the chance of leaks caused by wear, which is often desirable when the fuel being pumped is flammable.
