Castle Pumps have been supplying Flux pumps for over 10 years; high-quality German-made barrel pumps. Thanks to their progressive cavity design, the Flux VISCOPOWER and F500 electric drum pumps provide pulsation-free, low shear pumping with little disturbance to the pumped product, as well as being capable of transferring high viscosity and solid laden fluids. Although F500 barrel pumps are designed for heavy-duty applications, the electric pump range is lightweight and can be used both for stationary and mobile applications that require moving the pump between drums and IBCs. The wide viscosity range of the F500 VISCOPOWER drum pumps makes them a versatile solution for different applications, including food processing, cosmetics, transferring paint, glue and grease.
The VISCOPOWER is the new high viscosity drum pump range from Flux, characterised by its modular design that enables the pump to be disassembled in just 30 seconds. This revolutionary design enables quick maintenance, cleaning and easy replacement of the screws, stators, motors and seals for future proofing the pump for a variety of applications.

To ensure you get the correct Flux spare parts, we need to identify the exact Flux pump model you have. Please provide the model and serial number found on the pump name plate.
Castle Pumps can supply all Flux pump parts detailed on the spare parts list including motor, o-ring, shaft seal, impeller, inner and outer tube worldwide.
If you are pumping one liquid or very similar liquids, you can use the F314 or F424 seal-less models provided that the materials are compatible, if you are pumping multiple diferent liquids or where cross contamination is not desirable use the F310 or F430 drum pumps.
The general rule of thumb is that for low-medium duty applications where viscosity is <250cP the F300 is sufficient. For heavy duty applications, flammable liquids and viscosities of <1200cP choose the F400. For shear sensitive fluids or viscosities that exceed 1200cP then the Viscpower is required. Upon disclosure of your application, we can confirm the best solution.
All Flux barrel and IBC pump models are available with additional accessories that we can supply as a kit should you need delivery hose, a trigger nozzle, valves, flow meter and any other fittings.
