Our range of Flux F300 and F400 barrel pumps is suitable for transferring low viscosity fluids, including chemicals, oils and acids from a drum or IBC. The Flux F300 and F400 drum pumps are both easy to move, dismantle and clean, but their difference lies in that whilst the F300 is the entry level, cost effective range, the F400 is much more heavy duty. The Flux electric barrel pumps are a popular pumping solution due to their versatility and long service life in various industrial and food processing applications.

To ensure you get the correct Flux spare parts, we need to identify the exact Flux pump model you have. Please provide the model and serial number found on the pump name plate.
Castle Pumps can supply all Flux pump parts detailed on the spare parts list including motor, o-ring, shaft seal, impeller, inner and outer tube worldwide.
If you are pumping one liquid or very similar liquids, you can use the F314 or F424 seal-less models provided that the materials are compatible, if you are pumping multiple diferent liquids or where cross contamination is not desirable use the F310 or F430 drum pumps.
The general rule of thumb is that for low-medium duty applications where viscosity is <250cP the F300 is sufficient. For heavy duty applications, flammable liquids and viscosities of <1200cP choose the F400. For shear sensitive fluids or viscosities that exceed 1200cP then the Viscpower is required. Upon disclosure of your application, we can confirm the best solution.
All Flux barrel and IBC pump models are available with additional accessories that we can supply as a kit should you need delivery hose, a trigger nozzle, valves, flow meter and any other fittings.
