FAQs

Boyser AMP and FMP (the bigger, higher flow of the two) have rollers attached to the pump’s rotor which compresses the hose as the rotor turns. These generate less friction with up to 30% less power consumption and a lower starting torque for a smoother operation and easily adjustable speed. Boyser RBT has shoes attached, which offer higher pressure capabilities than it’s roller alternatives.

Castle Pumps can supply all Boyser parts parts detailed on the spare parts list including the replacement inner hose worldwide.

To ensure you get the correct part, we need to identify the exact Boyser pump model you have. For the AMP, FMP and RBT series we need to know the model number, which can be found on the pump’s name plate on the pump body, and the material of the hose. If you have a Boyser DS-M we will also need to know the diameter of the inner hose as these differ.

Boyser pump models are available with additional accessories including inverter for variable speed, pulsation dampener to reduce vibrations and provide a smoother flow, trolley or base plate, batch meter for preset transfer, control panel and feed screw or hopper.
