Enquiry
This customer was building 4 Qty custom skids for transferring lube oil. They required a gear pump to be mounted on the skid along with valves and pipework of their own supply. Each pump was required to transfer 30m³/hr at 4 bar and to have a built in bypass.
Solution
We selected 4 of our 3” Internal Eccentric Gear Pumps complete with bypass valves as per the customer’s request. Each pump was coupled to an 11Kw geared motor running at 400RPM to achieve the required duty. We supplied detailed drawings of the pump to allow the customer to begin manufacturing the skid before the pumps were delivered.
