Specification & Design

Castle Pumps regularly work with customers to specify pumps and other associated equipment for new applications. We offer more than off-the-shelf products, we specify and design solutions based upon your individual application requirement, and provide custom packaged pump sets complete with filters, flow meters, control panels and other accessories to suit your requirements. We have worked with many high profile clients over the years working to strict technical criteria for challenging applications achieving admirable results. We are flexible in our approach and have the ability to custom build pumps to specified materials, high temperatures, set duty points with motors to varying voltages, frequencies and IP ratings.

Technical Advice

If you are currently experiencing issues with a pump, or are unsure of how to solve an application speak to our technical team. Due to our vast experience and extensive experience with many different pumping applications we have probably already solved your issue with another client. Our sales engineers can help diagnose issues over the phone, or visit site if required to troubleshoot current problems. We can also help explore your application, suggest ideas and offer more than one solution. Given our vast product offer we can usually offer more than one pump technology to solve your application.

Spare Parts

Alongside supplying a vast range of pumps, here at Castle we also offer spare parts for a wide variety of our pumps. We realise that it is a vital matter to have the option of spare parts available for your pumping equipment when needed. This is why we have a dedicated team of specialist advisors on hand to help when you are in need of advice. Here at Castle Pumps we supply pumps and parts from a broad selection of manufacturers.
